National Novel Writing Month

National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo for short) is a competition held each year by the Office of Letters and Light.

The Goal:  Write a 50,000-word fictional novel in one month!

The Time:  Every November, with Camp NaNo being held every June and August.

The Prize:  The satisfaction of knowing you’ve completed something awesome!

If you have ever had even the slightest notion to try and write a novel, jump on this crazy-fun train of writing awesomeness, and see what it’s all about!
