Today’s NaPo suggestion is one I’m not sure what to do with.  I’ve had experience with losing a loved one, but re-visiting that kind of pain is never, ever a fun experience.

I’ve already attempted two poems this morning about it, but as of yet, nothing that I feel is really share-able.  Or, more accurately, I don’t feel that either accurately express my *exact* feelings.

I have a few ideas, and may go more the anti-elegy route, but we’ll see how it goes.  (Or perhaps I could make a poem about someone else’s death besides my loved one’s..?  Hmm…)

(I may post the other two when NaPo is over.  Maybe.)
